Treda’s EU AI Act oversight inbox received 40+ tickets daily. Reviews are required by risk category, but tickets were triaged manually: first response averaged 4 hours and high-risk items were missed.
What we built
An 8-node workflow: a Gmail trigger polls the oversight label every 5 minutes, an AI node classifies risk as unacceptable, high or limited and tags urgency, Notion looks up the reviewer for the category, Slack DMs the assignee, and limited-risk tickets get an automatic first reply. Every ticket lands in a Sheets audit trail.
