Yes. You approve a blueprint with a number on it before a single workflow is built. The number only moves if the scope moves, in writing.
What if the system doesn’t do what the blueprint promised?
We fix it free or refund the build fee — your call — within 30 days of handover. The blueprint is the contract.
Do you bill hourly?
No. No timesheets, no surprise invoices. The audit produces the exact number before you commit to anything.
What if I only need one small automation?
That is a Sprint, from $1.9k. If it is too cheap to be worth automating, the audit will tell you so and save you the fee.
