Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of greyflows.com and any engagement with Greyflows ("we", "us") described in a signed proposal or statement of work ("SOW"). The SOW controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Engagements & payment

Work is performed for the fixed price in an approved blueprint/SOW. Unless stated otherwise: 50% due on blueprint sign-off, 50% at handover. Care plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date.

3. The 30-day guarantee

If a delivered system does not materially perform the functions of its approved blueprint, we will remediate at no cost, or refund the build fee, at your election, if you notify us within 30 days of handover.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you, including workflow definitions and documentation. We retain ownership of pre-existing tooling and general know-how, and may reuse anonymized patterns. Client names and metrics appear in our materials only with written permission.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide timely access to accounts, credentials (via secret managers where possible) and stakeholders. Delays in access extend timelines accordingly.

6. No warranty on third-party services

Builds depend on third parties (APIs, platforms, model providers). Their outages, pricing changes or policy changes are outside our control; we will help migrate where feasible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
