1. What we collect
Contact form. Name, email, company, budget range and your message — used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare any proposal.
Analytics. Privacy-first product analytics (PostHog, EU region) and error tracking (Sentry) on page views and technical errors. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sales.
2. What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not send marketing email to form submitters without explicit consent given in the form itself.
3. Processors
Data is stored and processed by: Cloudflare (hosting, KV storage, EU/US edge), Resend (transactional email delivery), PostHog Cloud EU (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring). These processors are bound by their own data-processing terms.
4. Retention
Contact submissions are kept up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data follows PostHog EU defaults. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — email hello@greyflows.com and we will action requests within 30 days.
6. Security
Transport is HTTPS-only with strict content-security headers. Access to stored submissions is limited to Greyflows team members who need it to respond to you.
7. Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
