How fast can you start?
Discovery calls happen within 48 hours. Blueprint in week 1, builds typically live in weeks 2–4 depending on scope.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do — completely. Everything runs in your accounts (n8n, cloud, APIs) with documentation handed over. No lock-in.
What tools do you work with?
n8n, Make, Zapier, Supabase, Postgres, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Retool, and anything with an API — plus scraping for the things that don't.
Is my data safe?
Systems run in your infrastructure with least-privilege credentials. We sign NDAs on request, and secrets are never stored in workflow logs.
What if something breaks at 2am?
Care-plan clients get on-call incident response with alerting from the moment of handover. Sprint clients get 30 days of post-launch support.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Every engagement is a fixed price against a signed-off blueprint. If our estimate is wrong, that's our problem, not your invoice.
What does the free audit actually give me?
45 minutes with a senior builder and a written summary: ranked automation candidates, rough effort/impact for each, and an honest go/no-go. Yours to keep either way.
Can you take over automations someone else built?
Often, yes. The audit covers inherited systems — we assess, stabilize, document, then improve.
